Ios 9.3.3 not syncing anything with itunes

Hi hrecently i have jailborken my iphone 9.3.3 since then im not able to sync with itune like updating apps music videos anything im getting error msg like this computer is not authorized the purchases made in this iphone and if i authorized the windows pc again i get the same msg plz help on this further more if i tried to update in my iphone it ask my apple id if i eneterd it will accept comes back to update but apps will not update
