Why am I not hearing the keyboard clicks?

I just purchased a new iPhone 6s and cannot hear the keyboard clicks even after following the instructions. The Lock Sounds and Keyboard clicks in the Sounds Settings are turned on and I have rebooted the phone multiple times.

Make sure ringer switch is on and ringer volume is up. If it is down you will not hear any sounds, including typing.
