What is the T-Mobile iPhone 7 deal?

Has anyone traded in a 6s and pre ordered a 7 on T-Mobile? I'm curious how it works and what the monthly payment on the phone will be. I've read about a bill credit but I'm wondering just how much it is.

I still can't find how much the bill credits are for. It seems like it is for the monthly payment for then new phone but that doesn't seem right to me.

I'm not sure how it works honestly. Mine is slated for trade in when my 7+ gets in. I'm paying $27/mo for a 16GB 6s right now and my 256GB 7+ will be $27/mo, they mentioned something about a $250 credit for my 6s, so maybe that's how it worked out to the same monthly payment on the phone. Also, the 7+ at $27/mo is only for 18 months.
