i was using my phone normally when i unlocked it it instantly went to the apple loading logo and now i cant power off or respring or anything, im jailbroken on ios9.3.3 i can enter dfu mode but i want to try to fix before restoring any help is appreciated, ps ive tried entering to safe mode and stuff didnt work.

I'm afraid you only have to try a DFU restore. I may be a software issue (possibly related to the jailbreak), but it may also be hardware based. If it keeps on rebooting, instead of being stuck in a single continuous booth, it may be the battery. In my opinion, a restore is the most obvious solution possible, but, should the problem persist, try with Apple Support.
