Help!

I have the iPhone 6 and on the ios10 beta I can send message effects but I can't receive all it says is (sent with lasers) how do I fix that somebody please help

Well it IS a beta after all! Perhaps the other person is on a different build that you and their is a compatibility issue? You should probably just wait till the 13th and the official release and see if it resolves itself.
