Iphone 7 Unlock question

Well I want to preorder the iPhone 7 tonight, but i don't belong to none of the carries that are provided, i wanted to know if there would be an unlocked virgin of the phone available tonight. If not would i be able to buy the verizon iPhone without having a verizon account. and would i be able to use it without getting service for them . Cause i want to you it outside of US?? please help me
