    I called Apple and they told me we SHOULD be able to do it on line he then transferred me to someone in retail sales calls. He said I had to go to a store if I was currently on the Apple trade in program.... Any help?

    I think you can enroll online. But you have to go to the store for an upgrade since they will take your phone as a trade in and have to see the condition.
