iPhone 6 Plus -Siri nor dictation work !Verizon store looked at my phone but couldn't tell me

The phone has no damage & is about 1yr old. Siri & dictation worked fine upon 2wks ago . All sounds otherwise work-the microphone is working just fine

Take it to Apple! They should be able to diagnose the problem, and MAYBE it's covered under your 1 year warranty?
