i have iphone 6s plus and connected to wifes macbook but now my iphone has all her information on my iphone and settings

You can go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Erase All Contents and Settings" to remove all the data that's not native to the device. Afterwards, you can set up your iPhone by signing in with "your" Apple ID & iCloud ID.
