    One of my grandkids put all icons on my ipad11 in 2 different game centers. How do I take them out without deleting the games?

    Game Center auto detects games and displays the icons therein. Anyway, I don't think you can remove a game from Game Center w/out deleting the app and the associated data, but I could be wrong, I rarely bother with Game Center.
