Why won't my store change region?

When I do all the steps I change from Indian to American On AppStore it I have to change my ID back to Indian and there's no other button but to switch to Indian ID and then I can't download Pokemon go
Why won't it download please mention and this won't submit

Try to change the region on the settings and then try to download again. Is it?

Try changing your region at appleid.apple.com or login your Apple ID on your computer's iTunes app.
