Why I can't open my Ipad 2 ?

Last month , I master reset my Ipad 2 , then I put it overnight . The next day , I saw my Ipad stay at the black background and a apple logo in the middle. Then I tried to rebot my Ipad , It show a apple logo in the middle and a bar in it's bottom. After a few minutes , the bar disappear and the screen back to the black background and apple logo in the middle. Please help me .
