I can only hear by using my speaker button

I was using my phone with a outside speaker system blue tooth setup and after I disconnected the internal sound from my phone works only on the speaker phone mode.

Welcome to iMore! Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work, go to Settings > Bluetooth and see if you still have a bluetooth device connected to your iPhone. Also make sure you don't have the volume turned all of the way down by using the volume buttons on the left side of your device while you're looking at the home screen.
