I bought a iPhone 6 at the begging of the year but the glass shattered even though I had safety cover on it is their any chance I could claim a new iPhone 6

A safety cover do not guarantee the protection of the phone. Apple will not replace your phone with a new one, and if you sent it to them they will charge you for the repair.
