I'm so frustrated. I have an old iphone 4 and am using Uber's mobile site to request rides. When I entered requested information it went to a loading screen and has been stuck on there for hours. I've tried turning off my phone several times but no luck. Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.
Welcome to iMore! So you've already tried to reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo? If that's not working you're going to have to wait for your battery to die.
