Can I upload a game on my iPad without it going into the Game Center?

My husband and I share an apple iTunes account. He has it on his iPad I want to start the same game on my iPad. It is a simulation game.

usually a game will ask you to sign into game center or if it already signs you in will ask if you want to start a new game or continue with old game- at least thats how it works on Hay Day

My wife and I share the same iTunes ID. Our games are separate. We each have our own Game Center ID. We have separate Apple ID. Only iTunes ID is the same. Game Center is the same as we use for Apple ID.
