Trying to transfer photos from Android to iPhone 5s. Can't find setup mode as told to go to

If the iPhone is already set up, you will need to go to Settings → General → Reset, and then select "Erase All Contents & Settings". NOTE: Everything that's not native to the device will be deleted. Anyway, after the device reboots, you will be met with the Welcome screen. From there, you can follow the directions found via the below link.
