    Apple has released ios 9.3.5 today. I currently use the IOS 10 public beta (beta 6) and was wondering if the security features that are part of the update released today for IOS 9 users is already a part of ios 10 beta?

    It is in beta 7. That's the whole reason for the sudden release of beta 7.
