what do i need to do with my iphone to fix it ive tried everything

replaced the battery over a month ago jus replaced the screen phone worked fine for the day I did a restore tryin to get my ringtones back that had been erased now my phone wont come on unless its plugged up wont charge past 1% when its on shuts off randomly when I hook it to iTunes get stuck in a restart loop wont stop till I plug it back into the wall

I know you said you replaced the battery but your symptoms are the same as I had. I had Apple replace the battery and was good to go.
