Not a new but refurbished at the place of new iPhone 6s+

My dad went to dubai and from there he brought me a new iPhone 6s+ but from a week I was facing a bit problem in display as well as it was hanging. So last night I thought to check it's warranty and the fact I faced was that it was a refurbished iphone which I was using from last 3 weeks and I don't know whether it was authorised iPhone store or not and now I'm facing problem.

What problem are you now facing? As for the hanging display, take it to the nearest Apple Store and have them fix it for you. It may or may not cost you anything.
