Application at Appstore that put password at Settings on Iphone/ipod

Hi guys , so i have some ipods with ios 9.1.3 , they dont have Jailbreak available .

But .. i wanna buy some application at Appstore that i could put some password when someone try open a application. its possible ? with jailbreak i was using Lockdown Pro.

Not possible without jailbreak. However, most important apps have a log in. That works just as good to keep people out.
