Can Apple TV 4 Control Power for External Speaker as Well as Volume

I have an ATV4, a Bose Solo speaker and a Sony TV. The ATV4 will both power on/off and change the volume on the tv. And it looks like I can train it to work the up and down volume on external speakers, but I can't figure out how to tell it to turn on the speaker too. Is there a way to do this so that if I grab the remote and press power, I get the ATV4, Sony TV and Bose speaker all coming on or turning off?

Not that I'm aware of, and Apple's support site only focuses on TVs and receivers.
