    More details are needed.

    What device?
    What application?
    What type of email is it? GMail, Yahoo, Exchange, something else?
    How is it set up? IMAP, POP3, something else?
    Has it worked before?
    What have you tried to troubleshoot the issue?
    Reboot the device?
    Remove the email address from the device and re-add it?

    Access the email online and see if you can trash them and delete there.
