can i change or remove my password without actually going inside my iphone settings to do so?

My iphone password is but for some reason my number four isn't working out the blue! I turned my phone off, big mistake. Now I have to enter my passcode to get inside. My touch I'd won't work because it requires passcode when it restarts! Help please! How can I remove the passcode some how and just be able to get inside the phone.

If you have a recent backup in iTunes, you could simply try to restore the backup in there. Since the iTunes was previously connected to you iPhone to perform the backup, it will not require you to unlock the device. A weird situation you are having there otherwise.
