How to delete the (Documents and data) associated with an app ?

Most of my mobile space is filled with in-app data like: facebook, instagram etc. When I turn to storage and look under the apps I see documents and data worth 1gb.

How do I delete it . without jailbreaking it and uninstalling an app ?

have a look. as there is no option to do that

Unfortunately, for apps like Facebook, you will have to delete it and reinstall it. Only jailbreaked give you that extend of iOS management at this date.
