Is it possible to sync my ipod touch with my iphone 6s?

I do not currently own an ipad, but wanted to sync my ipod touch with my Iphone 6s. I want everything I do on my phone to be accessible on my ipod in real time. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Welcome to iMore! You can use Continuity as long as your iPod Touch is 5th generation or newer. More info here:
