Why do I only see a picture of a girl wearing headphones when I hit the music icon on my iPod?

On my iPod all I get now when I press Music is a girl with headphones and the word Music.

I now can't seem to access all the details about my music, such as Recently Downloaded or search for a piece of music I have already downloaded or request Shuffle. It was all there before, until I asked for my iPod to sync with the computer (I think!)

If you are not subscribing to Apple Music, go to Settings -> Music> Toggle Apple Music off.
