Automatic app download not working

When I download an app via iTunes on my Windows 10 pc it does not show up on my iPhone.
I think that I have all necessary settings applied.
Does this automatic download thing only work with Apple products like macs and not windows pc?
It would help a lot if I could install apps directly to my phone from my pc.

I have the following settings applied in iTunes on my pc as well. That is all, right?
