please advise should i get 16gb Iphone 6S which is purchased from bangkok and i lived in Bharatpur in Rajasthan

Please note he have bill and all the original item like charger,box etc.

i also asked iphone service center at Bharatpur my home town they said if it is working
you can buy that iphone,

so please advise if all the legal document can i purchased an iPhone,
