    I have entered my account number and and email address but I was informed they were invalid. I was asked for my password but I can't recall having one. Please help.

    On the same page as where you have to enter your credentials there is also a forgot password link. It's mostly right under the password entry field.

    Click that link and follow the onscreen instructions.
