Can you answer an incoming phone call by voice w/o additional gear e.g. bluetooth headset/earpiece? iphone se ios 9.3.3 It would be nice to say"Hey Siri, answer or accept"

It was widely reported that advancements to Siri may allow it to answer calls. Whether or not it can do that now is unknown to me and I have yet to test it out, but I will the next time I receive a call..
