how do i find my photos that i saved on icloud?

Welcome to iMore! Any photos you have on iCloud are also on your device. iCloud is not a storage option like Dropbox. It's a back up option. It backs up what is currently on your device.

Login to the iCloud website via a computer and then select the Photos option to view the photos that are "synced" to iCloud.
