iPhone 5s won't restore,update or recovery just goes to Apple logo

iPhone 5s won't restore, won't recovery,now won't get past Apple logo, just shows the apple logo then turns off. I have tried to restore update an recover nothing seems to work, when I tried update it said error 1271. Anyone had this problem?

Turn the phone OFF. Put it in DFU mode, connect it to your computer and then restore it via the computer's iTunes app. It may take a few tries, especially if your device was jail broken and you chose the erase all contents & settings option, but it'll eventually take.

I have just got it to take an it said extracting software an had a little load bar.but it's just stopped an says. The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build.??
