    I plugged it in to charge and when I took it off the charger it was 2 hours and 21 minutes slow.

    Open the Fitbit app on your phone, then tap the Account icon in the bottom right. Scroll down to Advanced Settings, and make sure "Set Automatically" is enabled, and the correct time zone is listed. Then sync your device. It should pull the correct time from your phone.
