    Hi, welcome to iMore.
No, sorry, there is no other way to have your phone repaired without giving your password.

You could ask for your phone to send back, make a backup of everything, wipeout your phone and submit it back for repair again.

It's best to contact the repair service in this regard.

Welcome to iMore! Only 3 options. Give them the password so they can service/repair the phone, or don't and not get the phone repaired. Or go to the shop and delete or send the photos somewhere else, then delete them. I doubt they have time to peek at your photos. You should get a photo album app where you can lock your private photos.

With the hundreds of phones they get repaired everyday, I don't think anyone is taking passwords. If you really are concerned, change your password upon the return of your phone.
