I have apple ipad A1337 model and want to install company portal but while downloading company portal its asking for new IOS something upto 9.0 and when i am going to download latest version then ipad says your ios is upto date ( Ios 5.1.1 )

The first iPad will only go to iOS 5.1.1. You must have that iPad.
