    Will my Verizon info be downloaded from the cloud as well and will the phone start working ??

    It's not "automagic" - the process of turning on the new phone for the first time should walk you through the set up process where you're presented the opportunity to restore from an iCloud or iTunes backup...

    Providing you were using the iCloud, then all your info and settings are safe, OR if you have an itunes backup. As KCH said the phone will walk you though your options. Make sure you know and use the same Apple ID as on the "swimsuit model" phone.

    Why did your phone decide to swim? Need to keep track of your phone to make sure it does not decide to jump in the pool again.
