    Hi, welcome to iMore.

    You can create an iTunes account when setting up the device for the first time.

    If you simply forget your password for your existing account, you can reset your password in appleid.apple.com or in iforgot.apple.com.

    Do the above and also go to the iTunes Store and scroll down and enter your Apple ID and password.
