My card on Apple contacts

Tap on your card, and then tap on "Edit" in the upper right corner.

If you're asking how to assign a contact to yourself, and assuming you're using an iOS device, create a contact card using the Contacts app. Then, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and assign that contact card next to My Info (under the Contacts header).
