    When I'm on a call, using my iPhone earbuds, I noticed that the audio on the other end goes in and out constantly. The person on the other line says they have noticed a difference too. We both bought the iPhone 6s recently but I'm on IOS 9.3.2 and she's on the previous software so I'm thinking it has to do with the phone. Any suggestions or insight you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    I've not noticed that behavior, but you can try going to Settings → General → Reset, and then select either "Reset Network Settings" or "Reset All Settings" to see that helps.

    Have you tried a new pair to compare? Maybe they have a short or are defective.
