iPhone display when charging or using bluetooth headset

Is anyone experiencing the iphone displaying the current song on your playlist when powering up a bluetooth headset?
Also happens when I plug it in to charge.
Seems like it started after updating to 9.3.2.

Welcome to iMore! That's always been the case when iPhone connects to a bluetooth device. I don't see the now playing screen when I plug into a wall charger but I do if I plug into some other USB devices, like my car.
