Where is the "synch now" button in the fitbit app?

My fitbit will not sync with my iPhone. I've turned bluetooth on/off and restarted my phone. The fitbit itself is charged and tracking, but I cannot get the step count on the app in my phone. I do not see a "synch now" button within the app. Any help would be appreciated?
