Why does the first song in my play list repeat over and over?

When playing my playlist, it repeats the same song over and over and over!

You must have the song set to repeat. Open the Music app and go to the currently playing song, then look near the bottom. The repeat icon should have a 1 in it. Just tap it to disable repeat, tap again to set it to repeat but not the same song continuously.

:concern: Great help. Thank you . . . except for the part where you say, "go to the currently playing song." You should mention that to access the currently playing song, you have to slide your finger up from the bottom of the screen. Otherwise, the song just shows as part of a playlist. I struggled with that part until accidentally stumbling on it.
