my phone is stuck on sign into imessage??

I don't think I ever have signed into imessage or iTunes before but this phone will not let me do anything. Its now stuck on "sign into imessage", I tried powering down and back up... no differences

Welcome to iMore! Not sure how you mean it's stuck. Did you try a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Also try Reset All Settings
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
