Is 12 inches too small?

I want to buy the new MacBook but I'm scared the display won't be big enough and satisfy, is it big enough for browsing the web and watching YouTube videos comfortably?

Sure is. I have a 13"MBP and watch YouTube and web browse without an issue. And I am older with poor vision. The size difference between the 12" MacBook and my 13"MBP is minimal. Best way to make sure though is go to an Apple Store and try it out. It will give you a better idea if it will work for you.
