    What type of "account" are you asking about?

    Who is "you" that are saying that there is a problem?

    Note that iMore is not affiliated with Apple. If you have a concern about an iTunes or Apple App Store purchase, you should contact Apple directly.

    If the "account" is with something else, you should contact that company/service/provider directly.
