Wifi is grayed out and cannot click in my iPhone6, and Bluetooth is always spinning? iOS 9.3.2

My iPhone 6 Wifi is greyed out and cannot click since early March, recently I have updated iOS 9.3.2 in apple store to active Wifi, but nothing change, still grayed out. Now my phone is heat and battery draining so fast. Please let me know possible solutions. Thanks
