I received a text from someone claiming to be from HMRC about a tax refund, so I opening the link from the text on my phone. I started filling out the sections (address, name, etc.) However I felt somewhat suspicious and stopped filling it out, none of my information was submitted and I didn't put any of my bank details down. Am I still at any risk of someone being able to get details from within my phone if I didn't actually submit anything? Like would they be able to see when I access my online banking app at all?

If you deleted out what you had put in, then did not send or submit, you should be OK.
