    What specifically is your question? If you're asking how to install the aforementioned apps, simply initiate the App Store app, search and locate them, then select to "get" them.

    Built in? Like stock apps? No, those are Microsoft apps. They're not "built in". They may be in the App Store though. Apple has Pages, Numbers, and other apps.
