Hello,

Why can I use Apples iWork Pages app and others for free on my Windows 10 PC, but they want $9.99 on my 6s+? I'd really like to use it more, but can't afford to buy all those apps D:

You should get those free. Only phones purchased before September 1, 2013 are charged $9.99. Or so I thought. Have you entered the app in the search bar and looked?

I have, and it still shows the $9.99. I just got this phone a month ago. I accidentally hit buy, and it didn't even ask for my Touch ID. I hope it didn't charge it!

If you're charged for the app wait for the email receipt and use the "report a problem" link in the body. Mark sure you let them know you have a 6s, which comes with the iWork suite, and you were still charged. They should issue a refund.

They haven't even sent anything that confirms that it was bought, so idk what to do. I want keynote and numbers, but if they DO charge, I can't have that much money come out. This is what I see when I go to them. This 6s Plus is not even two months old, and my Apple ID is the same age. It may take a day or two for the receipt to get sent to you. That's how mine go. Usually a couple days. You can call Support @ 1(800) 275-2273 and see what they say.
